| DULUTH IS GOING TO STATE!!!!!
Our varsity boys placed second in our region race!! so
that means..this saturday i will be up at Carrolton cheering them on at
STATE!!!
But as for the rest of the team, season is sadly over. The team was
amazing this year, and the sad thing is more than half of them are
graduating. next year is going to be very different without you guys
AND i will have to find new running buddies
( if any of you cc seniors are reading this i would like to tell you
that you suck for leaving, and please come visit us next year!)
The Varsity Girls - Christina, Taylor, Jen, Sweeney, Becca, me, Serena

The Varsity Guys-

my best friends :)

Duluth Cross Country 06
But aside from running, this
week has been pretty stressful. Its a mystery to me why teachers all
plan to give tests around the same time and make projects due all in
the same time, and then they complain about having too much stuff to
grade. (one reason why
i would never become a teacher) But at least this week is only four
days long! Good luck guys on all your tests and what not! :)

| Starting xanga again...
I haven't updated in a long while, ever since summer actually. Just aquick summary of things, high school has been awesome, i joined thec ross country cult, and the weather is extremely cold. Now formore details, school has been fun for the most part, only things i could have complained about was not having a math teacher for the first weeks of school, and now lets just say i miss the times when shewas gone Thing Two. Duluth High School isnt made of just one big building, its made of six separate buildings, so the distance from one end of the school to the other is REALLY long, when its sunny outside i dont mind, but when it rains..walking from one class to the other is a pain in the butt. and that's really it for all the bad things :) Cross Country. It's taken over alot my life, but i really dont mind! I love the team but i can't say i love running. The main reason why i do it is for the people, they are amazing, all so care-free and open minded and extremely friendly to everyone, not to mention really funny! Monday- Friday we have practice after school.Friday night football games dont really mean anything to us, instead we go to spaghetti dinners. Saturdays are dedicated to running in meets and now freezing in the cold! Sundays maybe the only day of the week not related to cc, but then again we somtimes chose to run with friends for "fun". and just this saturday, i ran my first Varsity race. Im Happy. haha, I am lettering my Freshman year! and that was the only thinggetting me through my race. haha. Cold weather.Where did the cold come from anyway?! One week we were wearing sportsbras and shorts, the next week everyone whipped out their under amor and warm ups. haha, so my conclusion is, Georgia has no such thing as Fall. umm..what else is there to say..nothing much, so here's a couple (actually alot) of my favorite pictures from this year so far!

been a nice way to leave the summer. and to be honest, im not really expremely sad that summer is ending im actually pretty excited. im going to high school.
yeah sure that excitement will eventually go away and i'll be feeling
the exact opposite from now in about a week or so. but still im
excited!
Summer
has been awesome for me, and i would post some pictures up from this
entire break, but that would be a butt load of pictures. so not gonna
do that. these pics are from leo kickoff, nishi's bday, camp
